我国科学家在可再生资源高值化利用技术上取得重要突破

北京时间11月28日,上海交通大学研究团队在Journal of the American Chemical Society杂志以封面论文的形式发表了题为“A coenzyme-free biocatalyst for the value-added utilization of lignin-derived aromatics”的研究论文,提出了新的木质素高值化利用的绿色工艺。这是该团队今年在德国应用化学杂志(Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2018, 57, 1214-1217)发表有关木质素衍生物温度导向高值生物转化的重要结果之后,在可再生资源利用领域取得的又一重要突破。

 

农业废弃物的高值化利用可以有效地将石油化学品的替代生产与环境可持续性发展进行偶联。农业废弃物中的木质素通常被用于燃烧产生热量并伴随大量的环境污染,因此开发木质素高值转化的绿色工艺对生物炼制的发展至关重要。该研究开发了一种非辅酶依赖的新型酚酸脱羧酶和芳香酚双加氧酶生物催化剂,结合本研究提出的第二代技术—温度/pH导向策略,使木质素的主要水解单体同时转化为13.3 g/L香草醛和20.5 g/L 4-乙烯基苯酚。该研究成果将为提高农业废弃物生物炼制的整体效率和经济性提供全新的绿色生产技术。
