企业文化中的集体主义与个体主义对员工人格特质的影响:以四家著名中国公司为例

摘 要

随着全球化的进程,企业文化对员工的影响受到越来越多的关注。本研究旨在探讨企业文化中的集体主义与个体主义如何影响员工的五大人格特质,特别是以华为、阿里巴巴、腾讯和万达为例的四家著名中国公司。通过量表调查与半结构化访谈,我们发现这些公司的企业文化在不同程度上都强调了集体主义和个体主义的价值,并影响了员工的外倾性、尽责性、神经质、开放性和宜人性。具体来说,集体主义倾向于增强员工的尽责性和外倾性,而个体主义则更多地促进员工的开放性和创新思维。总体上,这些公司的企业文化对员工的人格特质产生了积极的影响,并促进了企业的整体发展。
